Exit Through The Gift Shop

Since the official release of Exit Through The Gift Shop, a number of concerns have come up. This documentary film gives the impression and illusion of being a documentary. But is it even really a documentary? Some critics say that it is just an illusion. It is difficult to say more about it, but it definitely has something to do with the fact that this controversy increases interest. The story revolves around an unidentified street graffiti painter named Banksy from Bristol, England. He comes to the city of Los Angeles driven solely by the idea of demonstrating his talents through painting walls. He is greeted by Thierry Guetta. Guetta is an interesting Frenchman who has a passion for street art and produces videos about graffiti artists.

Looking at it, there is nothing that seems all that fascinating about Exit Through The Gift Shop. The eccentric Frenchman takes his love and brings it to the prophetic level. In terms of the bibliography, it is challenging to actually count the number of tapes this man possesses – the number is in the hundreds. They end up stored in boxes with no specific functions assigned to them. This is when Banksy comes up with a masterful idea of making a film to further his art. Guetta accepts, but the consequence is awful. At this point, there is a switch in positions, according to authorities. Banksy is behind the camera while Guetta starts to make art. He even devises a nickname: Mr. Brainwash. The man organizes a new public exhibition and receives a hit in the lottery. His art generates lots of positive reactions, and the ambitious amateur painter becomes a millionaire overnight.

This is the story, in a nutshell, that Exit Through The Gift Shop is based on. It does appear somewhat fascinating at first sight. Wait a second, you don’t know anything about Guetta. Is he even real? Perhaps it was conscious, or perhaps he is just a character. This is quite an unusual interest that he seems to have developed. Some historians state that he rented a studio or space and transformed it into an art gallery. Yeah, it may be incredible how people can spend so much money on a particular artist, as he had no previous experience or references.
